Printing Datasheets
Once you have created your recipes, you can print them straight off the system, showing all the allergens. Or, print off specific recipes using the filter options. You can also print off individual recipes using the checkboxes or by selecting the recipe in List Recipes.
Allergen Datasheet
If a customer requests a datasheet showing the allergens in your recipes/menus, you can print them from this screen. You can filter the results by recipe name, allergens and menu. You can also use the checkboxes to select individual recipes from the list.
| Field Name | Explanation |

| Name | Filter your results by recipe name. |
| Exclude recipes normally containing… | Using this filter will show all recipes that do not include the selected allergens. For instance you can filter all recipes that do not include gluten. |
| Any Menu | Filter your results by menu. |
| Recipe Name | Clicking on a recipe’s name will display information for that recipe. You can sort your recipes in alphabetical order by clicking ‘Name’ at the top of the column. |
| Checkbox | Use the checkboxes so select specific recipes for print. To print all, leave these blank. |
| Once you have filtered and selected the recipes you want to print, select the print button. |
Nutrition Datasheet
The nutritional datasheet provides an easy-to-view chart which can be filtered and printed just like the allergen datasheet. You can access the nutritional datasheet by clicking the Recipes drop-down menu (in the top navigation).
